Chocolate Muffin recipes


These ingredients will make 12 muffins.

Tip - to make sure the muffins are cooked insert a skewer into one and when removed if it comes out clean they are ready.
  • 50g plain chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 250ml milk
  • 125ml vegetable oil
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 400g plain flower
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150g white chocolate
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas mark 6. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, using a mixing bowl.
2. Add and whisk in the eggs into the melted chocolate.
3. Mix in the oil sugar and milk.
4. In a separate bowl place the flour, salt and baking powder, mix thoroughly.
5. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, and stir into the flour.
6. Pour the 1st Liquid bowl into the flour and mix together until blended.
7. Fill each muffin case to just below the top.
8. Bake the muffins for 20 - 25 minuets.
